• Led the logistics department for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.
• Oversaw all flight bookings for international and domestic staff and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project procedures and budget.
• Managed accommodation sourcing and negotiations; maintained and updated rooming lists in line with staffing and seniority structures.
• Oversaw visa processes, coordinated with immigration lawyers, and ensured timely delivery of required documentation.
• Planned and executed team after-parties upon completion of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
• Supported the HLT team during the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 Closing Ceremony, assisting with Robbie Williams and his team.
